Log filter

Update on the Logs Page to include the features to exclude/include heartbeats, timeseries, composer (for package market/manager - proposed feature) and the ‘others’ logs.

An additional feature to filter dates is also added on this update where we can set the desired time frame of the creation of log entries.

There is also a new space added to show the Active Levels on the fly, that we can interact by clicking the X button to remove the levels and will immediately update Log Entries unlike in the Filter Pane that whenever we change something, we need to hit the Search button in order for the filter to be applied.
